I'm using either my Splawn QuickRod and Splawn 212 cab...or my Mesa Rectoverb and new cab...or my Peavey Vypyr Tube 60.

For guitars I use a Duncan Custom TB11 in the bridge in my Schecter C1+ and a DiMarzio Super Distortion in my Fender Strat.

I have some cool pedals but I often just use my Digitech Bad Monkey up front and the Dano 6 band EQ out back.

To record I used a Shure SM57 into a Line 6 UX1 into Audacity.  Cheap stuff.
