Hi, my name is P-Solo I am a dancehall artist from the U.S. Vergin Islands; my story began with my debut performance in 2010 when my friend secretly entered me into a music competition. I didn't win, but it sparked something in me. So I re-entered and became V.I. Idol in 2011. I became a recording and performing artist for L.P. Entertainment for two years, then pursued an accounting degree in January 2013. I graduated magna cumlaude with an Accounting and Finance degree. Still, throughout that time, I continued to write and record music.

After graduating, I felt the urge to return to music. I decided to be an independent artist and release my music with United Masters. I've released seven songs, including Keepa, Love Yo Bad, Back Shot, Like a Freak, Ocean, Problems, and F.S.W. 

My debut album was locally released, but I do not have an official debut album. My goal is to promote a new single each month, and when I gain enough exposure, I'll release my debut album. I will try to keep the momentum going while working for the internal revenue. 

Many situations have deterred me from pursuing music like I want to. Still, I continue to do it because it's my passion. I write music for the ladies; you are my fans. I write music for the hustlers who never give up on their dreams and believe in persistence, perseverance, and patience. The love I have gained from your fans also keeps me going. St. Thomas is a place where the preferred genre of music is calypso, which makes it a bit of a struggle being a dancehall artist. Also, working full-time for the I.R.B. and pursuing a C.P.A. license takes time away from my craft. However, since my debut performance, people have encouraged me not to give up on the talent I possess. So I won't let them down.

As an indie artist and accountant, I set a budget for every release. I purchase dancehall, R&B, and hip-hop instrumentals and self-produce them. I record with various producers, depending on the location. My music is available on major streaming platforms. For example, you can stream my music on Apple Music, Spotify, and SoundCloud.
