"’m Modieval, a DJ and producer from the south of France and for me music is all about emotion, energy and connection. I love blending styles, pushing boundaries and creating moments that feel both powerful and unforgettable. That’s why I have two aliases to separate my worlds, one dedicated to hard music and the other to bass music. But no matter the style everything I play comes from a place of passion.

When I mix I dive deep into the raw emotions of hard music, anger, joy, melancholia, all wrapped into one. Latincore and gabber are my playgrounds because they carry so much intensity and beauty. Every track I choose feels like my heart opening up, pouring everything I have into the sound. It reminds me of great moments with my friends, of nights that feel endless, of dancing until nothing else matters.

What I love most about my music is how it adapts to life. Whether you need strength, release or just a moment to let go, it is there. At a party it becomes something even bigger, a collective relief, an explosion of energy that stays with you long after the night is over. Music has helped me through difficult times and I always hope that my sets can do the same for others.

When I mix I imagine the crowd. I want to make them feel as amazing as I do when I hear these tracks. I think about my friends, about those who might not usually listen to gabber and I find ways to pull them in, to make them move, to make them feel part of something. My sets are serious, emotional and always building toward a moment of pure fun where everyone is singing, smiling and completely lost in the music. Seeing people dance together, sharing that energy, is what makes me happiest.

That is what Modieval is about, bringing people into a world where music is more than just sound. It is emotion, it is power, it is life."
