Drinking directly from the source, the Brazilian trio arrives debuting on Tree Sixty One. Integrated by Gustavo Fk, Verano and Kaká, the project emerged during the first periods of the pandemic with the proposal to bring reinterpretations of Brazilian classics. 

For this first release, the trio delivers a special cut of a classical Brazilian music under the house music touch, bringing introspection and lightness through a dense and hypnotic groove.

3ilha is the result of the isolation period, right at the beginning of the Pandemic in April 2020. The idea came up unpretentiously, since it was no longer possible to have direct contact with people physically and everyone was at home, why not produce some music in collaboration with other artists?

Longtime friends Kaká Guimarães, Gustavo Fk and Pedro Verano (in photo order) followed the idea. Three different schools where each one brought their own influences.

The name represents well the proposal of the trio by drinking Brazilian classics influences. In addition, the name in portugues, still alludes to the affectionate nickname of the city of Brasilia, a famous island (ilha in portuguese) at the center of the country.

Delivering fresh reinterpretations of Brazilian classics and legendary movies, the project presents a thin and modern outfit mixing styles such as House, Deep and Disco with touches of carimbó, fun and cream.
