First single of 3IsOne, Closer to irreversible is an emotional song, blend of Rock, Classical music with sparkles of modern vibes mixed around 2 beautiful voices. 

Francesca Laneri wrote that song in 2008 and composed it with Franck Carducci and Toff Crazy-Monk like a classic rock song from the 70's.  Franck and Toff played it during the Franck Carducci's Oddity tour but that song has never been released. 

At the end of 2013, Toff Crazy-Monk had the idea to make an album with his wife Simone "Moon Danoon" van Alphen. He asked Francesca if she wanted to sing Closer to irreversible re-arranged for a duet with Moon and she accepted. 
Toff sent her more songs and she placed her beautiful voice on them. At that moment 3IsOne was born.  
The new arrangements were sent to his friends Roy van Oost and Franck Carducci to add their magical instruments on it.

Franck Carducci is also working on his own version for his upcoming album.

Here is the demo of l'amour est mort (Love is dead), a song written and composed by Toff Crazy Monk in 2006. It will be revisited soon by the band for the upcoming album les Etiquettes. Francesca Laneri wrote additional lyrics and sings also on that version with Toff.

3IsOne is a collaboration between versatile singers - authors - composers from
the Netherlands, Italy and France that have strong desire to share their ideas,
express their emotions and talk directly to your heart.
Their music is a blend of Rock, Blues, Folk, Electro, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Reggae, Funk.
Their songs are about society, love, relationships between people but also darker
subjects like depression and death.
They are currently working on their first album “ Les Étiquettes” (The labels).
The title reflects the fact that we can’t always put a label on everything as it is
impossible for 3isOne to belong to only one musical category.
The album release is planned at the end of 2014. Their first single “Closer to irreversible”
will be released on the 28th of February 2014.

THE BAND:
FRANCESCA LANERI
Author, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, she has a captivating and
powerful voice. She gained experience in ten years of attendance of the different European
musical environments from London to Barcelona via Amsterdam. She is also band leader of
Sunset Limited, a musical experimentation from Italy. She’s influenced by Rock, Electro, Jazz
from the 40’ to th 70’s with voice, sax or trumpet as main soloists, classical bassist J.S Bach
because of the way he never rushes anything but lets things just happen naturally.
Whatever music she finds perfect and not improvable influences her.

SIMONE VAN ALPHEN
Aka “Moon Danoon” is a singer, songwriter and guitar player who loves Folk, Jazz,
Progressive Rock and Metal.
Her sweet folk voice fits the little melodies she composes with her acoustic guitars
perfectly.
Moon’s voice invites you to travel far away in a world of magic and wisdom.

TOFF CRAZY MONK
Has been an instinctive drummer for more than 20 years. From Blues to Progressive
Rock, Jazz to World music, Reggae to Funk, he learned to support the music by adapting
the rhythm to what’s happening around him more that following a predefined
schema. He was also beat-maker in France in the crew “La Plank” making music for
artists like Sniper, Nubi, Treyz l’Affreux and the jamaïcan singer “Lexxus”.
He was Franck Carducci’s drummer during the Oddity tour. After collaborating in
different projects, he decided that it was time for him to be in front of the public and
share the dream with each of the listeners of 3IsOne by composing, making
arrangements, singing, playing guitar, keyboard and of course drumming.

ROY VAN OOST
Is the voodoo child of 3IsOne who plays electric, acoustic, 12 strings and steel guitars
but also flute. He is a composer, singer and arranger multi-styles and provides
essential colors to each project in which he participates. Roy plays in several formations
and also with Franck Carducci.

LENNART VAN DEN BERG
Is a mysterious guy who doesn't want to tell much about himself. You can discover Lennart on Bass during our live performances and soon on our recordings.

Special guest:
FRANCK CARDUCCI
Is a multi instrumentalist well known in the Progressive Rock scene.
He is co-composer of the single Closer to irreversible and plays the bass on 3IsOne’s
version.
