Tras el éxito de la remezcla de “Dasanah (Uri Mood Remix)”, Uri Mood vuelve a nuestro sello, esta vez con una referencia propia, “Yekeké (Original Mix)”. Un track cargado de elementos africanos, étnicos, e infinitas percusiones, pero tratadas desde un concepto mucho más profundo.

Vocales que evocan parajes desérticos, y una energía que hace bailar sin prácticamente elemetos melódicos. Las remezclas a cargo de DJ PP y Josh Grover, completan un EP con diferentes matices, que van del Deep Tech al Afro-house, sin duda un disco del que vale la pena escuchar todas sus variantes.

After the success of the remix of “Dasanah (Uri Mood Remix)”, Uri Mood is back to our label, this time with an original release called “Yekeké (Original Mix)”. A track plenty of African and ethnic elements, and endless percussions, but with a lot of deep elements on it.

Vocals that evoke desert landscapes, and an energy that makes you dance with practically no melodic elements. The remixes by DJ PP y Josh Grover turns “Yekeké” into a solid EP with different nuances, ranging from Deep Tech to Afro-house, undoubtedly an album worth listening to all its variants.

Toolroom kicks off 2023 with the latest edition of Leaders Of The New School – an album series devoted to championing new and emerging talent in House and Techno. 

The album welcomes 16 new and upcoming artists to the label, each a graduate of the renowned Toolroom Academy production school. Established in 2015 as the label’s educational arm, the Academy exists to break down the barriers between new artists and the electronic music industry via cutting-edge music education and mentorship.
