I am suprised this wasn't from a commercial video game soundtrack. In some ways it sounds like the soundtrack for Stellaris, Mass Effect and Unreal Tournament all at once. It sounds like it could either be from a game from the very late 90s or early 200s.

Felt like making a peaceful, nostalgic and kind of sad sounding song using a load of instruments that I liked. Will be the world map tune for Destruction Darius 2
