Well folks, it took some time and some work, but we got a legend on the track. That legend is none other than NHL legend and Black hockey history himself, GEORGES LARAQUE! A Montreal native who was more than glad to come through and tell us stories about his career, his playing style, and let us know what he was up to! Also Dave might have slipped up here, so don’t roast him too hard for it. 

We’re hoping that more Black hockey players come through on the Pod as this is the surprise we wanted to offer for #BlackHistoryMonth! As we always want to point out, and make completely clear, Black history is not just one day, but everyday. *Note* This was recorded in November and the audio may cut out a bit, we do apologize.

EP 19 - Black Canadian Legend Georges Laraque In The Building

Well, it took a bit but we're finally back on track for 2022! After taking a much needed break, we're back talking trash about other teams and staying loyal to the #LEAFDEM! Dave get's called out for his opp behaviour though, and it's about damn time but that's not why we're here. It's crunch time as we gear up to the Stanley Cup Playoffs in just 2 short months. 

We also discuss Team Canada's performance in Beijing on the men's and women's side; and the state of affairs that is the Arizona Coyotes as they move from Glendale to ASU as a questionable decision as well. It's bare action in this place. Let's go.
