Recorded @subcity radio studio, Glasgow [6am-7am, 20/05/23] as part of their 48hr consecutive broadcasting event. This is the third episode of "Supertouch", taking the form of a one-hour concept mix, containing an alternative palette of genres to the usual.

This episode explores the healing, regenerative, organic force of repetition. The mix has a cyclic structure, to represent the cleansing repetition of the day cycle, and the biological rhythm of death and decomposition found in nature. A “day” passes, rising in structure, then retreating, and eventually finding itself back in exactly the same place at 7am, as most days do. This is the first part of a two-set pair: the second took place at Stereo (Glasgow) for "Delirium" on 21/05, exploring the destructive nature of artificial repetition through tightly-looped, intensively percussive techno.

Supertouch is back after hiatus; 3rdCrush's first official appearance on Subcity since live @ Delirium in Stereo. Two hours of forward-thinking, loosely-defined techno to close Subcity's special  programming week. 

Lots has been learned in the last few months - for example, this is the first partial use of vinyl and 3-deck mixing recorded on Supertouch. Deeply enjoyed pushing the limits and recording this to release for you all.
