As 2024 winds to a close Madloch's Sound Avenue welcomes George Alhabel to the label for his debut EP. Hailing from Australia, George Alhabel first emerged in 2020 on the strength of releases for Balkan Connection South America and Electronic Tree. Noted for his nostalgic progressive sound, the Sydney resident was quickly tipped as a new artist to watch going forward. Sound Avenue affiliate 3rd Avenue would also serve as a landing spot in George's first year of production, with an appearance on the label's popular ‘We Are the Future' series. The charming sounds of ‘6:27' proved to be a highlight on the collection, a track which would spearhead subsequent projects for Mango Alley, MNL and One Of A Kind, amongst others; across the next three calendar years. With 2024 being highlighted by ‘Sense of Nonsense', his debut single for long-standing UK imprint Stripped Recordings, George now adds Sound Avenue to his resume with ‘Surface Shift', alongside remixes from Around Us, Gonzalo Sacc and Freedo Mosho.

Madloch's 3rd Avenue imprint proudly presents the latest release from St.Ego, the Sparks EP. Known as one of the hardest-working artists in the industry, St.Ego's discography includes releases on renowned labels such as Cafe De Anatolia LAB, The Purr, House Music With Love, RYNTH, Dreamers, Flug Lab, MNL, and many others. His dedication to his craft is evident in every production, and the Sparks EP is no exception.

Featuring the original track Sparks along with three diverse remixes, this release offers a rich exploration of deep and melodic house sounds. Australian producer/DJ Mars Monero delivers a powerful rework, adding his unique flair to the original. The Argentinian quartet Living Stereo brings a dynamic reinterpretation, blending organic textures with rhythmic depth. Fellow Aussie Seven Wells provides an atmospheric version, while Hans Gerd from Brazil closes the package with a hypnotic and groove-laden remix. The label’s ‘We Are The Future’ compilation series has long been one of the best showcases of new and undiscovered artists. Released quarterly these exclusive collections are now revered industry wide for not only developing new talent but for featuring some of the freshest most cutting edge music around. 2024 holds even more promise for this flourishing imprint with a bevy of exciting releases and an ever expanding artist roster.
