Creating music is my personal way to deal with this situation and I can highly recommend to you to try to find something to spend time with that you enjoy to get over this phase. Before corona hits in I didn't had much time to create new music and I completely
forgot how much fun (most of the time) it is to be creative. Keep focusing on the good things, not the bad and all will be good again.
