This track's project file is titled "first bitwig uptempo kick" because it was the first experience I had in Bitwig Studio.

I do not regret the switch.

Fun Time

I think this is self explanatory.

Mid-section melody came from the first draft, then some variations came, but the composition was fucked, I had creative block. I reached out to stephie, suggested a collab, and she sent me what you hear before the drop.

She didn't understand Uptempo Hardcore so the drop was ass and I had to change it for it to work.

She sent me the tearout part you hear in the last drop, but she changed her mind and went on to change the first one to the one you hear in the track, and leave the second one. The mid section was done mostly by me with slight changes and additions by stephie.

Final additions were added, mixes were fixed, and the track was finished. All kicks are done by me, all dubstep parts are done by stephie.

SEEZAAG

I originally made this as a challenge song because I had NO prior experience in riddim. It sucked. I lost the ensemble file of one layer of my main drop so I just put a different sound, it worked much, MUCH better and I went on with it.

Then I got a genius idea to reuse a kick from ANOTHER song in this album so I eventually ended up with the 2nd drop and that zaagkick part in this song. It sounded super hard so I put it in the song.

The Zookeeper

This song is complicated to explain. It came as some sort of random idea to make the melody, the kick was an attempt at making a shittier version of DitzKickz' BACK DOWN kick with literal white noise as its top layer, which is why many call it a Paper Kick.

Then an ex-friend came who sent me samples made in FL on a virtual machine with no prior knowledge of anything other than the Cmaj scale. I incorporated those samples in this song and he agreed to have them in this song.

MAKE IT FUCKING STOP

To pay homage to the OTT-on-master track, I ditched OTT, made it sound much better and changed some sounds because they just didn't want to cooperate.
