In the last month, I have been indulging in a fantasy, er... hardcore, you could say. Recently, I've wanted nothing else but to melt some faces.

So I made this little thing as a tribute to the artists that have formally shaped my new(er)-found appreciation of that hard and heavy sound: the machine-gun kicks, the heart-stopping hoovers, all things slick and steely. 

It's my second-ever full-length mix with an actual controller: a Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1 with a custom Virtual DJ 8 MIDI mapping. This mix also features a whole BUNCH of 2018 releases, including Camellia's GALAXY BURST, lapix's L, t+pazolite's late-2017 Good Evening, HOLLOWood... and Kobaryo's very own April release for SOUND VOLTEX IV HEAVENLY HAVEN.
