Old Skool Underground is proud to announce, Strangeland 2016 : Villages! That’s right! Strangeland is back for it’s fifth year, this time with a new twist and in a new venue! This year, Strangeland will be hosted at the beautiful Sokol Park on June 10th and 11th!

In lieu of one main stage, we will be providing 7 stages to explore during the day! Ran and operated by some of the best crews and companies the Midwest has to offer, these stages will act as “seeds” of sorts, for multiple villages scattered through the park! Pledge allegiance to your favorite, then spend the days of Strangeland wandering from village to village, each unique and each with it’s own flavor.

At night, join us at the indoor overnight stage, where the cream of the crop of the region's best bands and music artists take you into the morning with music from many different genres.

Strangeland has always been about bringing together the area’s best, as well as spotlighting the so often overlooked talent overflowing the Midwest. You will not find another event with this many local and regional artists showcased. Period.

Admission includes two days camping, and access to over 60 live music acts over 6 Stages.

Food vendors will be onsite, but we welcome you to provide your own food and drink.

Purchase of a pre-sale ticket entitles you to early entry to the park on June 9th to set up camp and get settled. You are welcome to camp a day early if you please.

This is a 18+ event.
Must be 21+ to drink. (This will be strictly enforced! Any minor caught in possession of alcohol, will be ejected from the park with no refund and may also face prosecution.)

40 MacaFramA is a Hip-Hop artist with an independent mindset. This solo artist has carved his own path, honoring the essential hip-hop roots and tradition by bringing one’s own passion and individuality to life throughout his music. The variant styles of 40 Loccsta work are reminiscent of the 1980’s to 1990’s golden era of hip-hop, while showcasing his own unique sound and staying relevant with the current times.
 
40 MacaFramA features an "old school meets new school" sound, made up of both quick rhyming and a fluid delivery which is widely noticeable in a variation of his material. After honing his skill, he has been performing as a professional musician for the last two years. Sharing the stage with his hype man/older brother, 40's performances fuse synchronized lyrics with smooth choreographed movements and a deep rooted brotherly bond that results in an amazing natural stage chemistry. As an independent artist, he pours his passion and excitement into each performance making a 40 Loccsta show both musically and visually exciting.
