Shambhala Pre Party 2025 @ Salmo River Ranch

Absolutely honoured to have the opportunity to warm up the system at the Grove stage on the last day of the rave. I had many emotions leading up to and during this set. Life hasn't been easy but it's all been worth it. Thank you to every one of you that have influenced or inspired me on this wild ride. 

The set starts downtempo and builds energy throughout - a slow build of melodic and worldly sounds to loosen and connect with the body, searching for peace and healing in this calamitous world.

Before working on this set, I asked myself what I would want to hear at the beginning of the last night of the festival that would set the tone for the rest of the night in the best way possible... and the answer was EVERYTHING I love pretty much. 

90 mins gave me time to take everyone on a journey through the music that inspires me, spanning multiple genres from all around the world. Artistically, I had a lot of fun with the storytelling of this set, the word play, the foreshadowing and the genre switches. It was probably the most challenging set I've ever played - especially while navigating a serious injury at a fest - but also the most rewarding. 

This is what DJing is about for me, I want people to FEEL something. If you like music that makes you feel like a confident baddie, look no further. No matter the performance, I aim to uplift with my sets, and this one is no exception.
