Cosmosolar is the alterego of the Argentine DJ and producer Alejandro Gamba. He was born in Patagonia Argentina, currently residing in Buenos Aires. He has three tours made through Mexico, Berlin and Barcelona and Chile.
In his productions Cosmosolar lets itself be carried away by the human-machine experience in the creation of musical sequences, with the aim of achieving what you feel on the track. Through solid structures, with a strong rhythmic roughness, melodies, distortions and synthetic dissonances that invite us to a Dystopian Space Techno Disco journey of psychedelia and trance. Climbing and dancing at the frequency that unites the earthly with the cosmos is its essence.
His music is receiving increasing acceptance in the Indie Dance and Melodic Techno scene around the world, managing to be supported several times by Solomun in 2023 with the track “Bandit” released at the end of 2023 by Stil Vor Talent. In 2022, the achievement was charted by the band WhoMadeWho and supported by artists such as Rafael Cerato, Mila Journée, Far&High, Cafius, Lonya, Luke Garcia, etc.
He has released on renowned labels such as Stil Vor Talent, Phisica, Ritual, Nein Records, Beatfreak, Mukke, Dear Deer, Espacio Cielo, Hey, Location!, La Mishka, etc. And he worked in collaboration with artists such as Los Cabras, Ark Nomads, Bad Wolf, Parissior, Mundo D, Roliva, Beating Cells, Amir Telem, etc.
Currently he has begun to manage his own label, Modula Discos, together with local colleagues.
Founded in 2023, Modula is an electronic music label with a unique proposal in the Buenos Aires music scene. His sound aesthetics can be associated with indie dance, dark disco or melodic techno, but the fundamental essence of his music is the conditions of its production: the use of analog synthesizers, sequencers, rhythm machines and other hardware devices that they use the artists that belong to the label to produce and perform their music. That is where Module finds its identity. The sound exploration, the aesthetic search and the time dedicated to these artisan processes of composition and completion of the music differ from the current accelerated processes of electronic production and place the label's participants on the radar of artists who stand out for the use of these instrumentals and the curatorship of said music.
Located in La Plata, Argentina, Modula Discos presents its release number 003, "Que Rico", an EP with two original tracks by Cosmosolar, and two fascinating remixes by Bit Marten and V.C.I.  
Latin vocals, bubbling basslines, acid-dripping synths, that's what you'll find on this EP.

Earlier this year, Roberto Escobosa, under his alias Cabizbajo, unveiled 'Loved Alone' - an album that showcases the artists range across various styles of electronic dance music. Following the album's success, a set of remixes from Curses and Niv Ast was released. Now, Cabizbajo introduces the second installment of this two-part remix series, designed specifically for the dance floor.

This remix package features acclaimed artists Peter Invasion & Gregor Habicht and Colossio. Peter Invasion & Gregor Habicht deliver an uplifting electronic disco version of 'Lost in Paradise,' with thematic strings and joyful bleeps and bloops that bring the vocals into a fun and stylish territory. In contrast, Colossio offers a driving, heavier rendition with vocal chops and build-ups guaranteed to energize the dance floor.

Alex Medina regresa desde las Islas Canarias con “Afroencer”, su nuevo proyectil rítmico junto a Alani, vía su sello Mumbai Records. 

Esta versión instrumental deja en primer plano lo que ya estaba gritando por debajo: una estructura corrosiva, entre el electro-punk de pista y los ecos más urgentes del indie dance. Nada es gratuito. Todo está dicho con golpes secos de groove y actitud anti-hype. Aquí no hay filtro de belleza ni loops de TikTok. Hay una crítica latente al carnaval del algoritmo, a la dictadura de los likes, al “amapiano de cartón”.

“Afroencer” es cuerpo y postura. Es frase en bajo, es gancho sin hook vocal, es una bofetada funky al postureo digital. La voz ausente no se echa de menos: el mensaje está en el ritmo.

Alex Medina, conocido por evitar modas pasajeras, vuelve a usar la pista como plataforma para el discurso. Y lo hace con ironía, sin panfletos ni solemnidad. Como él mismo dice:

Leading Mexican label @DuroLabel welcome countryman @Rigopolar with four  fantastically expansive and expressive disco tunes.

The now US based Rigopolar is a cosmic explorer and space sound aficionado with credits on the likes of Tom Tom Disco dating back five or so years.

‘Time’ is a lush cut with plenty of glistening and glowing synths. Always ascending through the mix, they lift your spirits and hands in equal measure while the deeper drums keep your feet moving.
