Cream is back on Strange Town Recordings with his new EP Entropia / Oz. The Polish producer has had a fantastic year with releases on highly acclaimed labels Einmusika Recordings and D-nox's Sprout, to name a few.

The title track Entropia, sports warm baselines, dreamy synths lines paired up with lush vocal chants tied together in true Cream fashion.

We are stoked to have progressive house legend Jerome Isma-Ae join the label with his massive reinterpretation of Entropia. Jerome takes things heavy, building a club monster around the main motif.

Rounding the release Cream leaves us with Oz an upbeat, melancholic gem sure to capture the hearts of prog lovers worldwide.

One of the secret weapons of the current season comes from STEPHAN BARNEM & FUTURISTANT. ‘Don’t Cry’ is a passionate New Wave belter for eternity. JÖRG BURGER proclaims a new, trippy genre: Cinematic Dance, before C.A.R. & PATRICE BÄUMEL slowly raise the energy level in the ‘Four Down’ Club Mix. JOHN TEJADA then cruises calmly at the desired cruising altitude while the cabin crew serves refreshments. ‘Duration’ by BARNT/MAYER pays tribute to an artist formerly known as Prince with grand rave romanticism, and about REX THE DOG’s summer smash hit ‘Change This Pain For Ecstasy’, there’s really nothing more to say. The Thuringian force of nature ROBAG WRUHME must not be missing here, of course. ‘Fire’ once again shows him in top form, with one of the dirtiest basslines in techno history. Joining us from London is HARDT ANTOINE, who spells u n d e r s t a t e m e n t with ‘All We See’. Good Block are a dj/producer/designer duo from London who have been throwing occasional parties around the capital for the past 7 years. Last year - after a series of DJ friendly edits issued gratis - Richard & Andy put out their first fully fledged EP of original material ('4 Corners E.P' that we premiered here at LYO) ; a composite soup of influences and styles from around the Orb, trekking through slow jungle chug, cosmic Caribbean Juno jams, Japanese synth pop snares and New-Age meanderings. Having just released ‘Vuudu’ on Australian label Planet Tripp, they have a second edit upcoming on Orange Tree Edits and are soon to complete and self release their second EP of original material.

LNOE 126 takes a deep dive into Shadow Child’s ‘Polymod’ alias, alongside a very rewarding collaboration with Sasha on the title track ‘Full Circle’. The result is astonishing! Listening to the sounds certainly makes you feel the chemistry between these producers in the shaping of this sonic landscape. 

Polymod showcases a fresh take on raw drumbeats and deep synthesizer lines on this EP. On the title track ‘Full Circle’ Polymod and Sasha collaborated, resulting in a colourful uplifting track which is guaranteed to make you smile.

We asked Polymod how these tracks came to be; - “I made the tracks pretty quickly during lockdown, whilst jamming with my 808 and some granular synths. I love combining the grittiness of the drum production with atmospheric pads and arpeggios.. you can tap into so many vibes and feelings. ‘Full Circle’ was an unfinished idea though, and I’m stoked Sasha wanted to finish that one together”. 

This EP will include the collaboration along with three original Polymod tracks. This collection of tracks complements each other in every way. The full release will be out on October 2nd.
