The young Astropolis label, DÔME, voice for the sparkling scene of French Brittany strikes back with a 5th various EP in the colors of its next winter edition festival between hypnotic and trippy downtempo, electro, EBM and hard techno.

The EP opens with ILYSS, boss of Tannhäusser Gate label and co-founder of the Westsound collective. “Avoiding Anxiety” is a trippy, downtempo and nagging trip with acid reflections that plays slowly with our neurons and orbits us in an after party.

It is followed by the energetic beats between EBM and new-wave of the duo NABTA with "Resist" where the songs chanted by Justine intertwine with the dark and rhythmic synthesizers of her sidekick.

The 3rd track “See things” is signed by the discreet but prolific JOHNFAUSTUS, guarantor of the purest underground spirit, wandering child of the free party. With his 100% analog set up, he reveals here his electro facet with a banger that does not lack cinematographic atmospheres.

The EP closes in the galloping spree at 150bpm by JEAN TERECHKOVA, prodigy of hard techno and neo rave scene on the rise and recognized for his unstoppable melodies owed by her years of piano practice, bringing a touch of melancholy to her devastating hymns. “No Time” is no exception to the rule with this banger ready to conquer the warehouses.

Between slow and catchy rhythms or post apocalyptic rave, a good energizing shot to get us back on track this winter!

Camilo Uribe, a native of Medellín, a Musical Informatician influenced by the sounds of wave, new beat, techno, electro and Italo disco that little by little took over the capital of Antioquia, began his project UNDISCLOSED 1122 in 2017 to resound with these sounds on the dance floors. ; Parallel to his dj/producer project, Camilo and several friends promoted Unknown Medellín, a collective that emphasized the industrial/retro scene, presenting memorable nights with artists such as: Parrish Smith, Johannes Volk, Justin Long, Schwefelgelb and recently Broken English Club and Rodney.

T.D.D. stands for Test-Driven Development, a software development process relying on software requirements being converted to test cases before the software is fully developed and tracking all software development by repeatedly testing the software against all test cases.

It also stands for The Dancing Devil, a Colombian DJ and producer based in Medellín focused on turning aesthetic and raw music into a dance cult.

The latter is the one that matters here: After bringing his ritual to temples such as Ravetop, Analogue Texture, HomeMort, NEA$, and Soil Records, T.D.D. lands on his neighbourhood label Sonidos Subterraneos as part of the third & last volume of “Estado De Golpe”, a VA series born to draw attention to the abuse of the Colombian people by their own government.

Besides T.D.D., Tassilo Vanhöfen, Harlem Electronics, Stas Zavyalov, Mule Driver, Bound By Endogamy, Jack Carel, First Aid Tech, King Rambo Sound, Anatolian Weapons, Undisclosed 1122, Monotonegative, among others, joined the cause.

Premiered here, “Circular Sur 303” is an angry and aggressive theme filled with ominous synth stabs and a ferocious acid layer, resulting in a stunning Industrial-meets-EBM-meets-Dark-Techno cut devoted to making any corrupt scumbag remember THE TRUE POWER BELONGS TO THE FUCKING PEOPLE!

In 2023 it will be exactly 40 years since Enzo Kreft saw the light of day. In 1983, the then 22-year-old Eric Vandamme came up with the name Enzo Kreft and that same year he released his first album on cassette, “Me Is!”, in genuine DIY style, recorded at home with minimal resources. The obscure “Me Is!” ended up in London via underground channels and eventually spread through collectors to all corners of the world. The following year there was a second album “Cicatrice” and then Enzo Kreft went into a long hibernation. However, Eric Vandamme did not sit still, he was part of a number of bands in that interim period and he had musical projects with some good friends. He was also visually active with drawing, painting, sculpting, etching, screen printing and video.
Around 2011, Enzo Kreft slowly started to wake up from his hibernation and some new tracks were in the pipeline. In 2016, Kreft made a definitive restart. The release of “Dark Matter,” the vinyl album released by Walhalla Records featuring tracks from “Me Is!” and “Cicatrice”, fueled the “craving” and at the end of 2016 Enzo Kreft released “Turning Point”. Then things went fast, new albums followed each other (“Wasteland” in 2017, “Control” in 2019, “Different World” in 2021 and “Shelter” in 2023), all in his typical DIY style. Everything involved in the creation of albums, including production and artwork, is consistently done in-house. Lyrics full of social criticism are combined with often dark, but danceable and melodic electro. Enzo Kreft has performed successfully a number of times with not unnoticed shows, accompanied by breathtaking video projections.
40 years of Enzo Kreft, reason enough for a party! For this special occasion, the compilation album “XL” (40 in Roman numerals) is released.
