The 2nd release of "fukuinn" label has brought together 4 groups
of cutting-edge artists who are active in Europe.

Do_1 & GGGG is the first. His details will not be disclosed, but it is
a destructive sound by French nice guys who have been active in
the electro and braindance scenes of the last few years.

A2 is Weith. He presides over Brainwaves and has released tracks
on many labels. Italian producer Caramel Chameleon who is also
active in 030303 Records. The moving IDM sound is a must listen.

Featured newcomer Tadan offers a clear electro track that is
unique to him. This release is packed with variety of electro and
acid tracks. Vinyl only!!

On the floor the outside world no longer mattered; only the soundwaves that controlled the body, the freedom the space offered and the ways in which these experiences could expand the mind. Those memories never left you, etched firmly into your brain forever. They helped you through the working week, through the trials and tribulations of daily life, for these were the moments where you could truly be you, without judgment and without expectation.

Proxima is the brainchild of Swiss DJ Audrey Danza and Nicolas Oggier, the director of Swiss club Motel Campo, where Audrey has been resident for three years. Founded in 2020, the label is focused on vinyl reissues of forgotten gems in the realms of Italo Disco, new beat and experimental, but for the first time they're moving into the world of digital for a new compilation that is part of a broader project of podcasts dedicated to the dance floor, which will be broadcast on Swiss national radio at the end of the year. 

For 'Dancefloor Memories', 10 artists have been enlisted to create original pieces of music, which will each be accompanied by them recounting their experience of an epiphany in the dance. Artists featured include Powder, Eva Geist, BSS, Epsilove, NVST and many more, with our pick from Neu Verboten getting a special digital remix from Audrey too.

Everything ground to a holt that morning. This seemingly well-oiled machine was not all it was cracked up to be; people had already left in their droves, only a few remained in the hope that they'd be rewarded for their commitment, but they'd be waiting a long time. Nobody knew the root cause of this breakdown but it had been a longtime coming, there was only so much those who wielded power could get away with before a mass exodus would ensue.

Newly born label Terra Magica are kicking off proceedings with a release from the two head honchos: Munich-based producers and DJs Mirko Hecktor and Tom Sprenger. Under their Hektisch Sprengen guise, which in German means to blow up things in a very hectic manner, the pair are doing just the opposite sound-wise - the two tracks are slow analog jams that draw from an array of genres and places. The pair have invited four artists to remix the tracks too including our pick from Aussie producer DJ Chrysalis who puts a UK-G influenced spin on 'Dancing Dust'.

The second strike of Leipzig’s new electro offshoot sets Friedrich Ernst on the offensive. With these four new tracks he progressed his sound signature from a playful but reflected 8bit world soundtrack on SELF001 to a firm and gritty b-boy attitude. With SELF002 the do-it-yourself label team of DJ Unisex and Friedrich Ernst back up nothing less than their label mission: "We believe in the human mind as a self-learning system" – and it has the basement dance in the eye.

Classic electro otakus will parté about the succinct elements that fits each other seamlessly on Class Beat while the groove remains alert and phantasmagoric.

Back 2 The Ol_ Skool invites two breakdance crews to battle out who owns the floor: the pale electro robot boys on the left and the hoover sound loving UK hardcore girls on the right.

Wildstyle is the living proof that a tight 808 groove still smashes especially hard when complimented with a proper breakbeat. Best played loud and from vinyl.

The last bit of the whole enchilada is almost tranquilizing until you realise how far your stone rolled already. Rhythm Control is a crowd pleaser with endless qualities.

Collaboration partner Dominik Widmann delivers the stunning artwork for their ongoing conceptual series with his acrylic paintings. Included as A2 inlay print in every record.
