For its third release Melbourne's Inner Sauce Recordins welcomes On-Ly to the carefully curated roster for his own full release after he appeared on the Inner Sauce Compilation volume 1 compiled by Horatio Luna.
On-Ly is the metastasising outfit of pianist, producer, and composer Joshua Smeltink. On-Ly is about hard-hitting groove music that crosses nu-jazz, psychedelic, house, spiritual-funk and hip-hop fused with long-form composition and wild improvisations. It’s a balance between the sound of Melbourne’s eclectic underground scene and those of Deodato, Azymuth, Joe Zawinul/Weather Report and Miles Davis (70s) Band, showcased beautifully on the ‘Anthochaera EP’.

Glasgow has always been closely associated with techno - from the heady days of the 90's through to the present, the city has always loved the harder side of the dance.

Nemoa and VXYX are two DJ's emerging from the city's underground presenting futuristic, fast paced, hard dance music with their own spin. they've each cut their teeth over the years running and dj'ing at parties across the city and have found a home at La Cheetah where VXYX launched a party called Eutony and Neoma plays as a resident.

Over the coming weeks we will spotlight a number of local artists from across the city who will be performing at Riverside Festival. Neoma and VXYX will be a special back to back set on the banks of the River Clyde and by the sounds of this mix it's set to be a hard, relentless affair.

In the late 90”, he installed a gigantic Olivetti server in the
car-isbo bank caveau in Bologna’s main square undergrounds, a
labyrinth of catacombs, bomb shelters and underground waterways.
Down there he found a dusty mpc 2000xl in an abandoned occupied
room, probably an italo disco studio once belonged to Gaznevada,
Confu-sional quartet or Datura? .... Hard to tell.
Randomly pushing a button after one other PETRONIO was born.
A complete music noob with some pretty good dancer’s legs, party
af-ter party, club after club, Petronio’s spontaneous house
sensibil-ity started to take shape, a fine line between Detroit
and the rivi-era. That cash register became many nights best
buddy, burning recording session, kilometers of tape and liters of
vodka. No one is a prophet in his own country, Chicago’s Jordan
Fields signs two decades of production but releases only “the
Rainbow” on his Oldschool Grooves Records & tapes.
Now, 20 years later Petronio debut’s album will be released on
Flexi Cuts Family.

During a three day Songcamp organized by the lovely people of Nieuwe Electronische Waar we created a series of tracks. This is the first of three tracks and it is the one with the most cooled down vibe. Expect a Trip-Hop stepper with spacy sounds and melancholic melody. All inspiration comes from the walks we made in the vast nature of the Belgian Ardennes and the whole vibe in the country.

Fewer things get us more excited than a Credit 00 track to Premiere, after the beasts that was the Metal Box EP his own Rat Life Records or Game Over LP on Uncanny Valley, he's back, this time on Bordello a Parigi with a killer, and it's fair to say with his latest offering that Big Beat is back!  Credit 00 is on form, on fire and on top of his game. 
Bordello a Parigi have a hit on their hand as they release Cruisin' which could easily be a lost Chemical Brothers B side from the early 90s. Coming on like a forgotten Ibiza classic buried in the bottom of your record box just begging to be remembered. 
Cruisin' evokes that 90s sound, whether it reminds you of Madchester, Cafe Mambo or the Conchord in Brighton, it's an absolute must hear from a quality artist on a quality label.
