Oscar is a DJ from Uptar village near Magadan who devoted to music the last 25 years. He opened a DJ school, launched underground parties Bunker, radio show Technofront and also played at Epizode festival.  For PRGRPHS, he recorded a mix with dark, oldschool and techno spirits.

Oscar живёт в небольшом посёлке Уптар, недалеко от Магадана. Олег посвятил музыке последние 25 лет. За это время он успел открыть школу диджеинга в родном посёлке, организовать серию андеграундных вечеринок Bunker, запустить еженедельное радиошоу Technofront на магаданской Европе Плюс и отыграть на фестивале Epizode. Олег пишет музыку и участвует в необычных коллаборациях: из последнего — музыкальное оформление новогоднего спектакля в стиле техно-балета.

Для Параграфа Олег написал микс на скорости 120 бпм, наполненный мрачными, олдскульными и техновыми настроениями.

Toechter is a band researching the use of string instruments in sound design. Using their classical training as a starting point, they explore the percussive and lyrical range of the acoustic instruments, drawing on sound effects created through pedals and vocal textures. Toechter creates electronic beats and soundscapes by manipulating acoustic string instrument sounds (violin, viola, violoncello). Together they create their own language by mixing genres and unusual string samples to create a human and touching electronic sound world.
