Khargosh is the debut work of 45drakes as a music production duo. After years spent perfecting the craft and releasing music under different monikers, it's time to unleash the entire 45drakes colony and drop a strong and furry musical statement. The EP covers a wide range of atmospheres and sounds. From the mysterious and reverb-y bass of the title track to the spacey, downtempo sounds of Amakhargosh (Burial in Space), to the powerful and groovy rhythms of Brachylagus, composed with the mysterious bass duo Taelorsmyth.
To top it off, a remix of Khargosh by Safekapi, a familiar name in the 45drakes Records releases.

The first idea of these tracks was drafted around 2013 in a small bedroom in London, on an old laptop, cheap earphones and a movie sample. 
This initial loop has been played with a few more times since then, and these tracks are the final result. 
A work about being in tune with your instincts, letting your creativity flow and flourish in every situation life can create for you, and being patient but determined.
