Galavision
Paurro lives with three bitches (female dogs). One of them is called Gala and she’s black from head to toe. In dreams she’s a raver that takes different shapes on the floor as “Techno Gala”, or in drag as “Galaxia”. In these visions, a friend of Paurro baptised her with the name: “Galavisión” - that night when she played for the first time alongside Matías Aguayo in Zipolite. This random memory of a perfect night gave name to this EP, which is 100% inspired in Gala: an aerodynamic monster full of joy!

Rave Soup
This soup (or are we talking about a stew?) includes all essential elements for the much-missed rave experience! Its fundamental ingredient is a stir - fried bass line, to which finely chopped breakbeats are added, plus braising kicks, hi hats and snare drums until golden and crispy - then finally adding a gallon of ambient broth - and letting the soup on the hot stove to boil constantly at the perfect temperature until ready with the next mix.

A staple of Naarm/Melbourne’s electronic music scene, DAWS is a favourite for bringing local and international sounds together as a DJ, and a producer of refreshing and intoxicating dance music.

DAWS is acclaimed for outstanding sets that highlight her finest talents, signalling an intimacy with the dancefloor along with a rich knowledge for dance music. With a devotion for classic and modern house music in her warmer sets during the daytime, she also drives her own distinctive sound at night through weaving in percussive gems, club edits, and high-energy techno. 

In Australia, she’s played the most prolific queer and underground electronic music parties including Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras, Beyond the Valley, Gaytimes, and Pitch Music and Arts. DAWS has had incredible sets as alongside international icons such as Octo Octa, Bambounou, Or:La, Carista, DJ Boring, and CC Disco. 2022 saw her introduction to Europe, gathering support from fans in clubs such as Corsica, Koko and Night Tales in London, as well as making new fans as an addition to ADE festival in Amsterdam. 


As a producer, DAWS has gained international attention for her original releases with support on NTS, Rinse FM, BBC Radio 1, Dublab, along with clips of her tracks being played across some of the hottest festival sets of the summer. Her debut EP was released in both physical and digital forms on UK-based house music mainstay Hot Haus Records in May 2023. The four track EP exudes euphoric feeling and energy to weave across dancefloors regardless of night or day, and is a glimpse of her impending impact and influence as a producer.

She also solidified her talent as a producer and DJ when she experimented with new sounds to produce her side project ADHD edits; a number of vibrant club ready edits and remixes of her favourite pop songs which all raised money for local charities. Since the release of her originals and edits, DAWS has continued to cultivate her sound and grow as an artist.

Tunesday Recordings proudly presents its third release, bringing the two balearic pop originals "Brazilian Breeze" and "Mysterious Nights" from the sought-after 1986 LP "Leaving You" by Preludio to today's dance floors. The Italo-influenced songs mark the very first work of Peter LaSalle who has made a name for himself with several releases under the moniker Sound Surgeons in the 2000's.

As a first endeavour under the moniker DNA (standing for Danny, Norm & Andres), the trio centered around Andres Astorga aka Trujillo brings out their own vsionary reworks with nothing but the songs' titles as inspiration. On "Brazilian Breeze", they dive deep into an ocean-blue rippling with cool synthesizer sequences and steel drums. "Mysterious Nights" teases you into a Linn Drum-driven adventure in which hazy waves mingle with late 80's guitar licks and soothing brasses.

It is work that has made her a key catalyst for positive change in our dance community as well as securing herself a bi-monthly club residency at Wellington’s Club 121.
