“Let Us Live” is a song that I wrote and produced in the wake of the deaths of George Floyd, Rayshard Brooks and the countless others I have recently learned about at the hands of the police. As a black woman, I constantly fear for my life and the the lives of those I love. I honestly couldn’t fathom what I would do if someone unjustly took the life of someone I love and I commend those who have been and are currently fighting for the change we all seek in the world. So, in honor of Black Music Month, I felt it was only right to close out the month by debuting “Let Us Live” — Enjoy! 🖤✊🏾👑

I made an R&B instrumental and paired it up pretty well with an acapella I found on YouTube (tie me down) I haven't heard the original song before this but glad I discovered this amazing song.
