On this week's RIPEcast our close friend and PInk Mammoth resident DJ Jonathan Will with a live set poolside from Birds of a Feather 2024. 

From Jonathan, "This mix comes from closing out the pool party at the famed Birds of A Feather event on Saturday. 

There was so many things I liked about this party, different crews that don’t always get to play or be together because they do separate events, friends I hadn’t seen in years, bird puns (upon puns) for days, and great peeps.

"I finally got my smooth-DJ fix at Burning Man earlier this month where we took an actual (decommissioned and on-wheels) yacht out into the white open sands and had a great cruise with about 150 people," says Jesse Houk aka The Scumfrog. "I recorded the set and this is the result."

On Saturday at Further Future, legendary English DJ and producer @gregwilson stepped up to the decks at Void Village for a rare US appearance that explored soundscapes in the worlds of disco, funk, and electro to round out a magical and unforgettable set.

This is the live recording of my opening set for the night along with special guest, your mom's favorite DJ, TURTLE BUGG (Sublimate) and super talented residents Andy Grant, Katrina Mir & Ramirez for a night of underground warehouse grooves powered by the presidential Grand Ancestor Sound System and Bozak "Audio For The Soul".  First time ever played some downtempo stuff on Bozak rotary mixer with isolator and the Grand Ancestor Sound System and it was pure bliss.  Hope you dig and share :-)

Pabels: 'Hola amigos del mundo! I know a lot of you were waiting for this new Day Mix for quite some time but finally I'm back with a new edition for La Tropical Mixes on SoundCloud and Gazzz696 on YouTube.
