As exercise relieves stress for the body, poetry does for the mind. It all started about 4 years ago Josh Duval "JD", had read some of my poetry. He commented to me, "Have you ever tried to rap em?" I replied, "No I'm white I can't rap." He smiled and said, "So what Eminem is white..." He turned me on to a computer program called Audacity downloaded a couple beats off YouTube and we started fooling around on the headset. This the beginning  of my alter ego "Mister E". The Mud came about as a nickname for my house because of the fact that when it rained it my yard became a big mud puddle, in addition to the relation of several of the neighbors , featured in our music and that live in the small town outside of Austin called Leander in a subdivision named Sandy Creek. Which bordered on the counties of Travis and Williamson and was once referred as the "Meth capitol of Texas." With the backwoods or "stixs" at your doorstep to the mostly condemned looking trailers and the lack of street lights, its easy to imagine how this run down development could make a gangster from a metropolis turn around when approaching a dark dirt road.
