“Purveyor of progressive, infectious dance grooves and a feel-good atmosphere."

That’s how at Mount Pilf we would describe 4T6 as a DJ. Never afraid to go all out on his 4-deck equipment, his emotive musical selections blend together perfectly. Drums are looped endlessly to ensure his mixes keep on progressing at the comfortable pace that defines 4T6 like no other. Having grown up near Amsterdam, one of the worlds centers of electronic music, he’s been inspired to discover and play eclectic combinations of funky, progressive house and European electronica. All which became infused with his own love for playing the guitar, 4T6 ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best, all on top of a pronounced foot-shuffling house beat.

After his younger years participating in the local music community, 4T6 recently made a decision to move his family to the quiet Dutch countryside where he setup in the small town of Heerlen. Focusing on new hobbies like maintaining their vegetable garden, inspiration to make music rose to new levels which not only resulted in booking inquiries from several festival organizers, but eventually even a podcast for the renowned Mount Pilf YouTube channel.

"For me, it’s all about mood and a progressive, hypnotic groove… playing those tracks that get you tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realizing it, regardless of genre, tempo, style, or release date."
