CAAR's 2023 year end report was released this week. Low inventory and high interest rates caused a smaller the number of home to sell in 2023 as compared to 2022 and even less than sales in 2021. CAAR leaders Anne Burroughs and Josh White joined host, Michael Guthrie to share why 2024 will end up being a year that shows the number of home sales will increase year over year for the 1st time in several years.

You feel so empty the next day, but the texts start coming in.... you found my car WHERE?! Wait, why do I owe you an apology - who are you? But it hurts to think. Then you look at what you posted on YouTube, and it's like, wha?...  So you don't remove it, as a reminder to yourself not to repeat the same mistakes, as if THAT ever works. I have a neighbor who argues with my heater. They communicate in knocking noises. The heater always starts it. I rent, and I'm pretty sure the neighbor figured out it's the heater, so there isn't much I care to do about it. But every time I'm worried I might be going insane, I just talk to one of my friends and family bundle, and then I usually realize I'm still at least somewhat more aware of external stimuli as they are, so that's the main thing that keeps me talking to people. I was blowing dandelion seeds, and my friend asked what I wished for. I said I wished my neighbors' lawns had as many weeds as mine! It's important to have realistic dreams.
