this is an unused track my friend found while messing around in the game files.
it was probably an old or harder version of [X!] OVERGROWTH. the corresponding battle file, overgrowth_x2.txt actually stikll functions albeit with uinfished sprites and a few missing atttacks. it seems to be old, severely unbalanced versions of the attacks found in normal overgrowth, with little exceptions. however the most interesting part is that happy spammy takes on an unused horse form,  this is possibly a reference to trojan horses. this version of him is apparently unconsolable and enraged, and has a ton of crazyb uffs that make the battle incredibly unfair unlike in the finished version. .

the battle file has jukebox proeprty data leftover. here is what this song would look like if accesded in the jukebox.
