Arizona's 500 Hats is a rock band formed in 1996 intent on creating a signature sound.
Experimenting with genres ranging from Classic Rock, Blues, Jazz and even a little Country, the band has recorded four original albums: 1997's self titled "500 Hats", 2000's "Collide-A-Scope", 2005's "Simple Days" and 2007's "Zing".  

An original band first and foremost, 500 Hats is a modern Classic Rock band in the sense that they write albums as opposed to singles in the spirit of the 1970's and 1980's Album Oriented Rock format.
Intentionally melodic with clever lyrical content but hard rocking as well, 500 Hats has developed a sound all their own.
500 Hats disbanded in December of 2008 and has reunited in 2014 for a reunion show on June 14th, and a potential final album later in the year.
