My first actual festival Gig! Thank you so much, @partiklub030 & Wilde Möhre Festival for completely throwing me into cold water and giving me the opportunity to play on Monday morning 2.30 - 5.00 am on one of my favourite stages! Being part of the closing showcase was an honour and for sure a crazy ride I will never forget!! Thanks to everyone for going nuts, creating such a vibrant atmosphere and being patient with me when I "hokuspokuslostmyfocus"! :) Experiencing you dancing with me still gives me so much joy! ♡♡♡

After six full weeks packed with music, sun & fun, my summer fairytale 2022 slowly comes to an end. I tremendously enjoyed the festival adventures, deep as well as nonsense talk & most of all, the company of old and new friends. This whole journey wouldn’t be half the fun without you! 

But before things turn serious again, I would like to share the recording of my the most memorable gig, I was lucky enough to play/ experience last weekend @bahnwaerterthiel. Munich, you stole my 💜. I just LoOoVvED playing for you and hope to see you again soon. Special thanks to my friends @uberhauptundausserdem for helping me to master this set for a pleasant listening experience 😘. 

Next weekend, I’ll be playing my last gig @slowclub Freiburg with @najesh_and_artisoko & @judith_ahrends before taking a break for a few weeks to focus on work. So, I Hope to see you there!

💿 Mystic Island 💿

💭 Das Privileg ein Festival veranstalten & kuratieren zu dürfen ist eine herausfordernde und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe. Insbesondere wenn es sich um das erste seiner Art handelt, weiß niemand so wirklich was da kommt. Das gilt sowohl für die Gäste, Artists als auch Veranstalter & Orga. Das erste Mystic Creatures Festival kann (von außen betrachtet) als Volltreffer auf ganzer Linie verbucht werden. Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt: die Location, die Gäste, das musikalische Programm und die Stimmung an sich. Festival Connaisseure & Liebhaber der elektronischen Musik bekamen auf dem Mystics Island alles geboten, was das Herz begehrt. Ein idealer Abschluss eines rundum gelungenen Festivalsommers. Wir sagen Dankeschön & freuen uns schon sehr nächstes Jahr wieder am Creatures Corner schwofen zu dürfen.  

🎵Bei dem heutigen KataHaifisch Podcast handelt es sich um ein Live Recording von der aufstrebenden Musikproduzentin & DJ SILSAN. Performt & aufgenommen wurde dieser zweistündige Ausritt während der ersten Ausgabe des Mystic Creatures Festivals in Polen. In diesem Set offenbart SILSAN ihre musikalische Essenz kompromisslos und in aller Klarheit. Treibende Basslines, groovige Rhythmen und markante Synths erzeugen eine angenehm technoide Gesamtkompostion. Gut verträglich und in spürbarer Balance befriedigt dieser Podcast alle Sehnsüchte nach modernem Minimal-/Psy Techno. Wir sind definitiv Fan und sagen vielen Dank für dieses druckvolle Schmankerl.

KataHaifisch Podcast 337 - SILSAN at Mystic Creatures Festival 09.09.23

Da ist für mich ein kleiner Traum in Erfüllung gegangen. Ich kann gar nicht sagen wie aufgeregt ich war und gleichzeitig habe ich mich so sehr gefreut, dass ich schon Tage vorher nicht mehr richtig schlafen konnte. Die Sonne hat alles gegeben beim Gig, es waren unglaublich viele Freunde da - das hat den Gig für mich noch einmal mehr besonders für mich gemacht.

Wie voll kann man eine Holzhütte bekommen? Eure Antwort: JA!

Es ist mir die größte Ehre gewesen, mein erstes Kater Debut im Ritz Kater vor so vielen geliebten Menschen spielen zu dürfen. Die Erinnerung ans gemeinsame Tanzen, Feiern und Kuscheln mit euch wird mir noch sehr lange ein Grinsen ins Gesicht zaubern (und gelegentlich vielleicht auch die ein oder andere Freudenträne). 
Ich hatte wirklich den Spaß meines Lebens beim Auflegen und bin zufrieden mit dem Resultat. 

Vielen Dank für all den Support und die Möglichkeit, erstmals im Kater spielen zu dürfen!

What a chaos night! After two hours, I played what I thought was my closing track, took off my headphones, and was already on my way out when someone kindly reminded me that I was supposed to play for three hours. Luckily, because the extra hour was a lot of fun.
Unfortunately there were some issues with the recording, and it might not have been my best technical performance so far. But still, I feel the set reflects the vibe of the night quite well.
A huge thanks to the Südpol team for the invitation. You’re such an amazing crew. I truly felt comfortable and welcome. Hope to be back in your beautiful venue very soon.
