5 Horses is the folk-rock project of Marc Verwaerde. After a first EP released in 2024 (under his own name), which received praise from music magazines such as Rock & Folk and Longueur d'Ondes, and following three singles released in the winter of 2024/2025 — including one in collaboration with Brazilian artist Bruno Berle — 5 Horses is now unveiling its debut album Try and Succeed by releasing one track per month leading up to the official album release on February 6, 2026.

In the music of 5 Horses, you’ll find the folk-rock textures of American bands like The Jayhawks and Wilco, along with the melodic pop songwriting reminiscent of John Lennon.
