5MiC -  The name 5 Mic is derived from the legendary "classic" rating from The Source, a prestigious Hip-Hop based institution that rates albums for how good they are. A classic title is received when an album receives the full 5 Mics. To add a little bit of distinction between The Source's title and my moniker, the "M" and "C" in 5MiC are capitalized to emphasize the title of being an MC. The term MC stands for Master of Ceremony and Hip-Hop artists like to refer to themselves as MC's. 

Nettam King - The middle name of AJ is Matten. Thus, the reverse spelling reveals a new alias, Nettam. King is added to emphasize ambitions and a goal to look forward to.
