Me and my mate did #cookjam2 last weekend, a music jam using only samples from Norman Cook's 'Skip to my Loops' sample CD, which is full to the brim of funky 90s vocals , hip-hop breaks and not much else. 

I made this. It started as a ambient track, but I had no idea where to go with it so i added beats.
