62 Legendd born Quentin Wright on 12/27/81 started rapping at an early age in his Liberty City neighborhood corners hoping to get his mother out of the ghetto. Influenced by 2pac Shakur because that's all the gangsters and hustlers in his neighborhood listen to, a spirit told him he was to be the next legend after 2pac so that's how he got his name Next Legend it's all spiritual. As time went on he changed his name to 62 Legendd which is the darkest/brightest street in the world named after Martin Luther King Jr., the area was filled with everything but the american dream. Drugs, murders, rapes, poverty and other horrendous things he used his environment as his motivation to go hard constantly everyday. He’s been doing music over 20 yrs, he did his first demo in 1999 then he hooked up with LS One, DMX’s personal DJ. Later he signed with Jungle Records in 2002, unfortunately the CEO of the label got indicted by the feds. As a result 62 Legendd went back to selling drugs and found himself in and out of jail but it's all been a learning experience he thanks God he’s still alive doing what he loves through all the ups and downs he thanks his mother who he lost recently which was and will forever be his hero, number one fan & his everything.
