Bringing together three vital voices in contemporary Brazilian club music, 'Vem Sapatrans' unites Kupalua, XD Erica and Slim Soledad in a fierce collaboration drawn from Kupalua’s forthcoming album 'Mais Puta'. Rooted in her hybrid practice as a composer, performer and researcher, the track channels distorted Brazilian rhythms, torn samples and wiry percussion into a charged burst of carnivalesque club energy. As part of a release that sharpens and mutates the sonic ideas Kupalua has explored across the past years, 'Vem Sapatrans' stands out as a loud, cacophonous ode to Brazilian electronic experimentation at its most adventurous.
