"Cut Unconscious is the industrial project of experimental artist M. Komarov. Komarov’s roots in harsh noise and power electronics extend out to his newest techno release through heavy saturation and distortion. “Split” deliberately eschews hardware in favor of something entirely digital. These are sounds of the end of history. The sound of the singularity closing in."

Ezaüf is a Techno producer/Live act based in Paris.
His production is a great combination of experimenting a darker path than the electronic schemes and love for wires/analogic touch which appears to be a purgatory for young engineers. His relentless search for a raw and deep sound, balanced with structural feelings, generates an intriguing mix of power, hope, and at the same time anxiety and stress which reflects the search for soothing the conscience burning.

This is the year 2022, not 1942, and sadly the Ukrainians are facing something no people should. When this war broke out well over a month ago, I (MÆDON), started reaching out to artist friends asking if they
were interested in contributing to a benefit comp for the Ukrainian’s. Many amazing artists joined and the result is a 15 track album filled with a dynamic range of sounds.

With this album, a new series on Sonic Groove is born, “Sonic Groove & Friends”. A series that myself, MÆDON, will be curating. Adam and I also want to thank each of the artists for contributing stellar tracks for this cause. This album will not be a permanent fixture, so please download it now and know that your money will be donated to a German charity to benefit Ukrainians in this awful time. We will give an update in due time
