'The techno I present is a journey through its atmospheric kind. Full of space, nooks and disturbing impulses. It leads by the hypnotic, classic 'four on the floor', which sends into orbit and the next crawls the tired wanderer through dirty and raw underground. It allows you to dream, but also brutally brings you down to earth. It gives solace and envelops you and then brutally throw sand in your eyes. This is the face of a slower techno, but it won't be easy. Wanna join? Give me your hand'.

Warsaw based, raised by techno clubs from the early 2000s. Creator of the Hard Groove Wednesday podcast. He began his adventure with mixing in 2024. However, his short experience behind the decks did not prevent him from performing in clubs such as Smolna, Transformator, Willa, Mózg, Podziemia, Prozak, Futro, Serum and the Backstreet. During this time, he also won several DJ contests. He believes in the principle 'Techno is not about BPM. It is all about groove', and the more raw, dark and loud, the better. He focuses on groove spiced with acid, industrial, psyco, funk, ethno, deep and dark sounds. Reaches for tracks from past decades, on which he was raised. Music is his passion and playing is a way to express his emotions.

Alex Casillas is a DJ/producer & visual artist based in the greater Los Angeles area. His style evokes dark textures and hypnotic rhythms that translate to both audio and visual spaces. 

As co-founder of the collective Splitchecks, he helps facilitate various parties as well as their record label coming in 2025.

It’s a big pleasure for us to welcome back Mario to the label after a long while. He delivers four raw cuts of harsh techno, crude, direct to the bone but always with a wise use of the elements to make things intelligent and intrincated.

First cut Pattern Execution proves all this as a statement. Obsessive sequences, distorted groove elements, tension all over an ever changing arrangement.

Path of Authority reminds the early Birmingham days, again using distorsion as weapon. Bringing the heritage of the best records from the nineties to this dystopian present we live in.

Balance of power runs over similar parameters than the previous two, increasing the BPM rate and delivering more intricated sequence lines and paranoia.

Frontline closes this crude exercise, still fast, still hard but yet mental and futuristic.
