An old vinyl recording from back in 2006. I'm pretty sure I did this before I left to play a party. The recording is a bit rough, but you'll get the idea.

From an era of techno before schranz and minimal started to have their influence. Heavy and groovy, the way we like it <3

This is an old demo I recorded back in 2006 I think it was? Allot of my favorite techno and acid techno records on a demo I thought I'd lost.

Sound is a little quiet as this was recorded on my computer before I had a better sound interface and understanding of volume control... lol

Found a pile of old cd's with no labels on them, this one happened to have an old mix I did around 8years ago on it! (score! lol)

Anyways, I can't remember the exact names, but it's all pretty much D.A.V.E the drummer (was a little obsessed back then)
Various tunes from Apex, Hydraulix, and Superconductor. 

I never used to be able to record demos because I get bored standing there for too long (which are why most of my mixes are live recordings from actual gigs these days) 

My lovely girlfriend used to make me make her a mix every time I saw her so I would get used to making demos so I could actually get gigs, otherwise she wouldn't see me :( 

It's not brilliant, but I do still enjoy these tracks, and probably means more to me listening to it than it does to the rest of you, but doesn't the time fly? :|

6head_slug is a Melbourne based hardtechno DJ/Producer/Promoter, who has been bringing his own unique blend of hard and funky beats to Melbourne's dance floors over the past 19 years.
