Mix réalisé en Juillet 2019 au cirque électrique, lieu emblématique des soirées parisiennes ✨🤡
C'est avant tout un lieu culturel mobile et itinérant, créé en 1995 et implanté à Paris ( porte des lilas ) depuis 2009.
J'adore passer des soirées dans cet espace de création et de partage. Son univers décalé / déjanté vous plonge dans des ambiances electro / punk / rock, où s'entremêlent cirque et musique, vous faisans voyager dans une autre époque, un autre monde, une autre dimension 💫
Pour revenir à ma selecta, je l'ai choisi en souvenir de cette pèriode ( 2009, lorsque le cirque s'est implanté à Paris ), et que nous organisions de nombreuses soirées avec les collectifs Spank, la Goache, et Atomes 🥳
Je mixais vinyles et un nouveau style venait de voir le jour : la fidget 🤩
Une sorte d'electro dirty techno à base de wobble, de grosses basses qui grattent, sans oublier les lasers et les bubulles biennsûr 😂
Un des pionniers et artiste phare de ce style s'appel Candy 🍭🍬
Il a sorti de nombreuses tracks sur le label Chapati Express qui regroupe un paquet de bombes du même genre 🎶
Je me rappel qu'à chaque sortie d'un nouveau vinyle nous étions toujours très excités à l'idée de découvrir les nouvelles tracks qui allaient exploser le dancefloor de la prochaine teuf 🎉
En intro de ce set il y a également un morceau de Kokci ( Koin koin circus ), que j'affectionne beaucoup, je lui fais donc une petite dédicace 🥰🐞😉

It is first of all a mobile and itinerant cultural place, created in 1995 and established in Paris (Porte des Lilas) since 2009.
I love spending evenings in this space of sharing and creation. Its offbeat / crazy universe immerses you in electro / punk / rock atmospheres, where circus and music interact, taking you on a journey to another era, another world, another dimension 💫
To return to my selection, I chose it in memory of this period (2009, when the circus was established in Paris), and when we organized many parties with the collectives Spank, La Goache, and Atomes 🥳
I was mixing vinyl and a new style had just emerged : the fidget 🤩
A sort of electro dirty techno based on wobble, big scratchy bass, without forgetting lasers and bubbles of course 😂
One of the pioneers and leading artist of this style is called Candy 🍭🍬
He has released numerous tracks on the Chapati Express label which brings together a bunch of bombs of the same style 🎶
I remember that with each release of a new vinyl we were always very excited at the idea of ​​discovering the new tracks that were going to blast the dancefloor of the next party 🎉
In the intro of this set there is also a track produced by Kokci (Koin koin circus), which I really like, so I'm making a little dedication to him 🥰🐞😉

6thFloor is a French DJ and producer of underground techno and acid waves since 2012. Coming from the free party movment with the sound system Euphorik, he decided in 2018 to create his own vinyl label Synthetic Line Records with Level5. He has also produced tracks for Oxymor, Advise, Volkane, PointZero, ChronoZone and Reustlab. Since 2021, he is programmer and organizer of the festival Zouav'Fest.

Through his travels around the world, 6thFloor played at Bogotrax, Locombia, Tropical Wave, Aluna Ritual (Colombia), Tribunion (Mexico), House of Chapora (Goa, India), Fora de Tempo, Atman Tribe (Portugal), Universo Paralello (Brazil), BreakFest, Free Connection (CZ) but also Zouav'Fest, Funky Freaky, Festifl'Art, Okami, Ethereal Decibel and Son Libre (France).

Among all its different gigs he notably played alongside artists as Carbon, Peter Groskreutz, Ash Roy, Maksim Dark, Breger, Sonico, Midilink, Nelio, Mik Izif, Suburbass, Chris Liberator, Audioflow, 69db, Miss Tick, Melusine, Tilda, Mamz'Hell or Logic LFO. He also has a B2B techno project with his best friend Spootnik called: Stellar Brothers.
