Background story to 'the chase':
A man catches his wife in flagrante delicto with her lover. There is a quarrel between all and suddenly 2 shots are fired. The man shouts: "Oh no, what have I done", while you can already hear the police sirens in the background. Actually, the man is someone like you and me and so he is distraught about his deed. Without knowing what exactly is going on with the other two, he gets into his car and flees. A wild chase begins and the man is scared to death. In the end he drives into a roadblock, his fear of dying too was justified and he is shot.
