It’s about clinging onto the memories and feelings of a past relationship that didn’t end on a good note, and struggling to let go of those feelings and even so that person, because deep down inside your still hoping for them to back. This song is a true confession to one of my last relationships, and how I couldn’t let go of that person and what I shared with them, not realizing that  at the end of the day all in doing is holding myself back and allowing that person to hold me back.

Born Isiaq Abolanle Jolaosho (born 24 Dec 1994),in Ebutte Metta but grew up in mushin a residential and commercial area of Lagos.known professionally as Ziggy (sometimes stylised as Voodoo), is a Nigerian-born singer,Producer and songwriter.He attended Kings College yaba as Montessori, and later attended Bethel and Suzan Martins at Papa Ajao in Mushin for his secondary school in Lagos..he was born to a Sound engineer father and was also a backup singer for late Orlando Owoh . He started recording music at age 10 and managed to release a collaborative E.P with Da Glitz, a group he and a his friend formed. In 2013 they splited he released "Shekere" his 1st solo track in 2014 He rose to prominence in 2014 with the release of the song.and  later "Girl Em Suger"and "Jeje" 

In 2017 He later relocated to Rome,Italy he signed a record deal with Creating Accurate Music (C.A.M)

On 31 May 2018, 7iggy released a single titled "Fire" which saw his rise to prominence. On 29 May 2018, the video for "Fire" was Shot. The music video, which was shot by Maurizzio Ghiotti , ran for 4 minutes and 9 seconds.
