In my life I found what I call an "emotional cycle". It's like a year with months. There are sad and happy months and after a sad month the level of happiness always rises and falls - rises and falls. It's a repeating cycle.
So in todays mixtape I dedicated my thoughts to the process from sad to happy - to the start of this emotional cycle. I hope you can find your inner happiness!
