I was just about finishing up this track when I remembered it has been 10 years today that my four-legged pal Charlie died. So I dedicate this tune to him. Rest in peace old pal, I miss you.

This is the Name Entry track from Wiz 'n' Liz, a game originally for the Amiga, it got ported to the Genesis/ Megadrive with the legendary Matt Furniss as the composer.

Honestly, I never thought I could do it. for 8 odd years it proved a track I thought I would never make. It was kinda like my audio nemesis! Like "one day I will beat you..." kinda thing. I have to say, I wish I had better sounding plugins but they aren't too bad. The bit that's bothering me is I thought finishing it would be more gratuitous. I guess I'll just have to find another track to make my nemesis...

Bio
In 2007 at age 63 Montrealer Peter Wheeler bought his first guitar. He then went to amazon.com and purchased a book called “How To Play The Guitar for Dummies”. Since then he hasn’t looked back. 

Sometimes serious - sometimes humorous Wheeler’s music seeks to re-capture the Classic Vibes  from the 70’s & 80’s. To best describe his music imagine Bob Dylan & The Doors meet The Clash & Leonard Cohen at the Hotel California & share a bottle of wine with Tarantino. Peter Wheeler is a poet - focusing all his energies into creating musical canvases to express his personal vision of the world surrounding him. 

For several years Peter was part of the local bar scene in the Greater Montreal area.  He performed as the lead singer and rhythm guitarist for The Rock Roulette Band. His experiences giving live performances and continually improving his guitar playing has truly shown that you can teach an old dog new tricks.

Today Peter continues to pursue his passion for The Arts by doing portraits of friends, family and people he greatly admires. In 2021 he became a re-born again environmentalist and his songwriting is now focused on increasing awareness of the climatic challenge facing the planet.

Music maker & sound designer. I make my own music as well as put my own twist on video-game tunes. I one day aspire to be a video-game music artist.  I take my limitations and roll with it!
