Psycho – By JuiceGodBeats

	Psycho is an instrumental I created after being inspired by Psychos on the videogame Borderlands 2. In my experience playing the game, I became fascinated with the Psycho characters. The Psychos can turn from calm to ballistic in a matter of seconds. The personality of these characters serves as the perfect groundwork for a hip-hop beat. I began the instrumental with a series of short bell like plucks. I wanted to create the calm side and the angry side of the Psycho personality so I divided the beat into 4 bar segments. The first 4 bars imitate the calm side while the second 4 imitate the angry side. When the Psycho gets angry, the beat gets more exciting! When the Psycho is calm, there are fewer instruments and the patterns aren’t as dynamic! I picked a chord progression that would give me room to add several different synth layers to the beat. In total I used 12 synth parts on this instrumental. I could definitely picture 2 Chainz on this beat! What do you think?
