It's a huge pleasure for Nick Curly and Gorge to welcome Oliver Schories on their label with his debut release for 8bit. Oliver is well known for his great output on his very own imprint SOSO and gained much respect with his Nubreed album on Global Underground end of 2017. Thanks to Jansons for such a fabulous remix he added to the release.

Diynamic Music returns with the 14th edition of its prime Various Artist EP series “Four To The Floor”. These EPs are always comprised of four dancefloor-oriented tracks that have one special quality in common: they have all been heavily road tested and certified by label boss Solomun on his countless gigs all over the world. 
Opening the release is South African artist Bruce Loko together with Sebee and their track “Dimensions”, a light-hearted and uplifting summertime anthem that surrounds you like a warm breeze at the ocean. Laroz’s “Under Your Skin” follows up with a deeper and sultrier vibe –its thick bassline and muffled brass synths garnish the catchy vocal. 
Up next is Super Flu’s “Acumulee”, a melodic House track that captivates with its deeply layered composition and compelling groove, followed by the highly emotive ethno tune “Tribe” by Matt Sawyer

Pig&Dan debut on Truesoul with a stirring personal work, while Raxon adds an energetic remix to package.

Pig&Dan possess one of the finest pedigrees in techno and are faithful contributors to Drumcode, dropping their most recent EP – the excellent ‘Infinity’ – in February. ‘Promised’ marks their maiden release on DC’s little brother imprint and has a heart-breaking story behind its creation as Dan explains: "whilst enfolded in sadness we started to write a record dedicated to the loss of my son due to a terrible road accident. The vocal says it all ‘you promised you would live forever’ symbolising that your child will usually outlive you as the parent.”

The track’s lilting organ line makes a haunting accompaniment to the vocal, while tender synths and deep grooves ensure it’s a beautiful, timeless tribute. Egypt’s Raxon, who first debuted on Truesoul in 2017 with the ‘Heliopolis’ EP, delivers a tougher peak-time rework.
