Luis Costa es el nombre detrás del proyecto FLIP, a los 20 años, el joven DJ y Productor de Belém do Pará tiene su proyecto enfocado en aspectos como Progressive House, Melodic House & Techno, Organic House y Afro House, sin embargo, cree ese sonido anterior es la experiencia entregada en sus actuaciones y pistas. Por tanto, busca no quedarse atascado en un patrón y su principal foco es posibilitar en sus acciones una mayor conexión entre las personas que lo escuchan con la música y el entorno.
Lo mismo ocurre dentro del estudio, el músico multiinstrumentista está dispuesto a trabajar sus referencias dentro de los múltiples estilos que lo han moldeado en sus 12 años de música, desde las melodías y progresiones del blues americano hasta la primavera y equilibrio de los sonidos brasileños. Directamente dentro de la música electrónica, el artista recurre a personalidades como Tim Green, Marsh, Simon Doty y los brasileños Zac y Antdot. De esta manera, promueve en sus producciones una sensación de ligereza muy bien alineada con un groove bailable y envolvente dirigido a las pistas de baile nacionales y ha venido recibiendo mucho apoyo dentro de la escena brasileña.
Flip es también cofundador del sello y Label Party Explore Records, el sello pionero en el mercado underground de Pará y actualmente el sello más grande del norte del país. En sus dos años de trayectoria, el sello ha alcanzado proyecciones mundiales, como # Top6 Releases Progressive House de Beatport con el EP “Upcoming” del artista Dani Borges y # Top7 Releases Progressive House en el sencillo “Perfecta”, colaboración entre los artistas Korb y Arn. En su totalidad, el sello ya ha lanzado más de 18 artistas de Brasil y de todo el mundo y fue creado con el objetivo de abrir espacio en el circuito regional para artistas que buscan “Explorar nuevos sonidos”, lema del sello, que también posee 4 tardes y noches de Pará, cada una con un propósito e identidad muy claros, que le permitieron a la marca alcanzar el rango de Label Party underground más grande de la ciudad.

BIO: 
Curiosity and the propensity for learning made the architect Ricardo D Carvalho mobilize himself to fulfill a 20-year dream. In 2019, it reinvented itself and succeeded with the Zomero project — which in Esperanto means “summer”. Thus, he ascended into the cosmos that permeates the sounds of house music, proposing a concept of blending the timbres and grooves of deep and melodic house.

After graduating from the Instituto de Música Eletrônica, the pandemic took hold, reorienting the artistic paths of the DJ and producer. In addition to improving techniques, he saw in seclusion an ideal moment to turn lives into a true experimental sound laboratory. So, in addition to presenting and sharpening methods, he helped and encouraged several artists to do the same.

Evidenced by extensive musical research, in 2021 he gave the impetus towards production and debuted with the elegant “Journey”, marked by sounds that fit satisfactorily, whether on the dancefloor or in casual and casual gatherings — a distinct aptitude necessary for contemporaneity. With the reheating of the sector, we can expect a bountiful harvest, planted (and fiercely) accelerated by the restless and slow mind of the promising Zomero.

Sonora

Roy Rosenfeld is a producer who prioritizes independence, freedom of expression, and spiritual depth over passing trends. His new label, "No Drama," embodies his musical and lifestyle aesthetics. Despite his advanced studio skills, Rosenfeld remains modest and collaborative. The label's inaugural release features his work alongside Sébastien Léger and Guy J.
The A-side opens with Sébastien Léger's "Omira," a track that guarantees a lively atmosphere on any dance floor. Its eclectic spirit combines world music elements with hypnotic house beats, building up to a powerful crescendo.
Next, Rosenfeld's "Nana" merges the organic house with a carnival vibe and cinematic melodies, all enhanced by tribal percussion.
The B-side starts with Guy J's "Karma," a dark, seductive, and cerebral piece for discerning listeners. This trance-inducing track employs subtle variations of repetitive sequences, creating a minimalist yet captivating soundscape.
The final track on the B-side, "Saga Dawa," available only on vinyl, showcases Rosenfeld's genre-defying talent. He combines Middle Eastern melodies with psychedelic sounds, unpredictable vocal samples, exceptional dance rhythms, and even piano chords, resulting in an inspiring track.
This release marks the launch of "No Drama" and the start of Rosenfeld's new journey.

Guy J - Karma (Radio Version)

Sabo's record label Sol Selectas presents a solo organic house EP by Guy Maayan that has Balearic vibes and Middle Eastern influence.

Guy Maayan has been a Sol Selectas regular who has featured a track on six of the label's compilations, and also delivered a remix for the imprint, but this three-track release is his first solo EP. The release showcases his ability to combine natural tones of organic sounds with electronic drums and magical synth lines.

Not only has Guy Maayan been a core member of the Sol Selectas family, but he has also featured his enchanting style on other respected outlets such as Shango Records, 3000 Grad Records, • kosa •, Baikal Nomads and Akbal Music.

The live instrumentation on this release is a trademark of Guy Maayan's delectable take on organic house.

"Niache" is the first track on the release, and it opens proceedings with upbeat tribal percussion that creates invigorating energy. Bird sounds and flourishing trumpets combine with funky guitar licks, but it's the uplifting female vocal that gives the track its main focal point.

"Uplaya" is second on the release, and it's got a hypnotic bassline underpinning flowing organic percussion. Hazy trumpets and psychedelic synths give this track a trippy vibe, while vibrant melodies create a feel-good mood.

The EP is closed by its title track "Light in the Sky" which has churning percussion and acid synth chords laying a foundation for sweeping Arabic strings. Warped flutes and other hallucinatory sounds add to the immersive atmosphere of this laid-back slice of organic house.

Helia's cover art is another glimmer of the psychedelic dance of the Yin and Yang, the light and dark, the melting circus of wild horses and mysterious snakes.
