Madloch's Sound Avenue imprint opens the Spring season by presenting the fifth installment of it's 'Correlation' series. Released in August of 2017, the inaugural edition featured a unique blend of untapped talent along with industry veterans, resulting in a cohesive fusion of artists from across the world. The label's borderless music policy was also well represented, showcasing a wide spectrum of electronica, from organic house to melodic house and deeper progressive grooves. Released in 2020, the label's third edition landed with resounding success, as the lead selection 'Kafka' by Ercos Blanka racked up over two and a half million Spotify plays across the year. In past editions, Sound Avenue has kept the track selection concise, with an average of just ten submissions making the final release. The continued growth of label affiliates 3rd Avenue, Crossfade Sounds, and Future Avenue have propelled the label's demo submissions exponentially across the last year. Add to that, a continually expanding music policy, and the 2022 edition of ‘Correlation' was finalized with a hefty thirty-two selections. Added to the label's club-centric sounds are shades of electronica, dubbed out techno, and more, making the fifth installment of the series it's most far-reaching and satisfying to date.

Summer is already here… and we are blessed with new music from the one and only Greg Ochman. The UK-based Polish man is back with two tracks ‘Xceed Imaginations’ and ‘Ocean Color’. We are also having for the first time on the label two amazing projects: Erdi Irmak and Death on the Balcony. They complement the ‘Xceed Imaginations’ EP with their stellar remixes. 

‘Xceed Imaginations’ conveys a subtle Latin vibe that gets one to euphorically start dancing. Beautiful synthesizers and organic percussion accompany the trance, bringing only positive vibes to the table. The melodies are no short of spectacular and stick particularly well to the most demanding ears. 

With ‘Ocean Color’, we are joyfully floating through silky smooth sounds. One is drifting away to a dreamy place filled with playful marimbas, staccato-sounding electric guitars and delicate Rhodes keyboards. It’s always a good idea to indulge in a relaxing journey through lovely sounds, isn’t it?   


Erdi Irmak from Istanbul delivers a club-friendly remix of ‘Ocean Color’ making use of his proficiency in a variety of electronic genres. This one is definitely going to make you dance this summer! 

Mark & Paul from Death on the Balcony have released on a myriad of amazing labels and we couldn’t be more excited for them to join Art Vibes. They make their entry with a remarkable remix of ‘Xceed Imaginations’ giving it a deeper twist and inviting one to contemplate the beauty around.

The latest from Deersky’s Soundteller Records finds the label presenting new interpretations of Andrea Cassino’s ‘Lamarr’. Released in March of this year, the smooth progressive track quickly rose to the top of the label’s best sellers chart, where it still sits at number two today. Considered one of Andrea’s best productions to date, the label now invites NOIYSE PROJECT, Paul Hamilton and Weird Sounding Dude to reinvent the track for the summer season.

One of this years most beloved progressive house producers has undoubtedly been NOIYSE PROJECT. The Sri Lankan artist has risen to the top of Beatport’s best selling Hype artists and he continues to delight the genre’s fans with his timely remixes and impressive originals through his Till The Sunrise imprint. Now returning to Soundteller he dials in a powerful version of Andrea Cassino’s ‘Lamarr’. The Sri Lankan’s distinctive style sounds as impressive as ever here, taking the sleek vibe of the original and re-modelling it into his groovy, percussive style. Rippling bass and sprawling atmospherics are the order of the day, ultimately paving the way to a glowing, fuzzed out interlude, which eventually breaks off into a thumping drop and tastefully emotive finale. Definite Hernan vibes on this one.

Returning to the label for the second interpretation is Paul Hamilton who comes off an EP for Deepwibe Underground. As one of Malta’s most well known progressive house artists Paul has found a home on Armada, Balkan Connection, Droid9, Freegrant Music and Perspectives Digital, while his equally impressive DJ skills have seen him perform at Ministry Of Sound (Dubai) and Godskitchen (Dubai). Always a consummate remixer, Paul delivers his trademark deep and dark style on ‘Lamarr’ with a chunky groove, sinister effects and rolling rhythms, not unlike what John Digweed or Satoshi Tomiie were playing in the early 2000s.

The final interpretation of ‘Lamarr’ is provided by Weird Sounding Dude who also returns to the label. Based in Bangalore, the Indian artist is now considered one of his country’s most beloved progressive house producers. Anjunadeep, Hoomidaas, The Soundgarden, Sudbeat Music and more have been landing spots for his elusive sound, while Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Guy J have been steadfast supporters along the way. Weird Sounding Dude’s first and only Soundteller appearance dates back to 2014 with the release of his ‘Kanasugalu’ single. Now following a string of impressive remixes for Juicebox Music, Sound Avenue and Stripped, Weird Sounding Dude brings his magic to ‘Lamarr’. For as robust as the groove comes off this is a remarkably sleek sounding production, as Weird Sounding Dude let’s flickering percussive arrangements and catchy chord stabs create a hazy blend of progressive infused colour. Avoiding anything big or obvious, textural drifts provide a bridge into a cavernous break where icy vocal pads and swirling sonics effectively prelude a heads down finale. Mesmerizing stuff from Weird Sounding Dude which caps off this all-star remix edition for Andrea Cassino’s ‘Lamarr’. Highly recommnended.

'Synesthesia' is the new four-original-track EP by the Spanish DJ and producer NEURALIS @robertstheme , in his first solo release on Univack. Roberto Martínez (NEURALIS), has been developing his career as DJ for almost twenty years, in national events and radio shows, showing during all this time his skills and knowledge, specially in Progressive and Melodic sounds. His more recent facet as producer is being really successful, with a meteoric ascent as one of the most relevant and promising artists in the Progressive House scene nowadays.

In this release, beside his usual music style, we can also enjoy a new face of this producer, closer to organic house sounds. No doubt, It's supposed a nice future for this artist.
