The original “Sad Robot” collaboration between Nick Warren and Guy Mantzur was heaped with acclaim when it first appeared on John Digweed’s Bedrock label a year ago. This sparkling gem of a track pushed all the right buttons with a euphoric attitude that only comes from years of experience of rocking the best dancefloors around the world week in week out, and now the label is set to take the story to the next level with 3 diverse, exciting new remixes.

The enigmatic Rich Lane from Newcastle Under Lyme (who also records under aliases such as Original Disco Thing and Chug Norris) has been gaining plaudits for his musical creations that loosely fall into the realms of what are variously tagged “Slo-Mo”, “Chug”, “Nu-Disco” and even “NEW New Beat”.  By channelling the sounds and feel of classic House, Techno, New Beat etc. and mellowing the groove towards a slower mid-tempo ride, whilst adding a sprinkling Post Punk, Funk and Synth Pop, Rich Lane is a masterful producer who draws together so many disparate elements that seem to unite a particular type of music lover. Here, through his love of classic analogue sounds, he has created a truly original take on “Sad Robot”.

German duo, Christian "D-Nox" Wedekind and Frank Beckers, have become firm favourites worldwide over the past 10 years with a perfect fusion of studio expertise and an impeccable dancefloor touch Their creative chemistry has become an unfailing source of massive grooves and their exceptional remix of “Sad Robot” sees them firmly at the forefront of the current phase of musical evolution, drawing from the best elements of a variety of musical genres, to create a mesmerizing new future.

Hailing from the current hotbed of exciting musical evolution, Argentina’s Alejo Gonzalez (renowned for his show on Radio 90.3FM Delta) has joined forces with fellow DJ and producer Max Blade to create a beautifully melancholic interpretation of “Sad Robot”, a perfect, understated finale for this remix package. The undoubted talent of this young duo marks them out as being ones to watch for the future, for sure.

From the prolific mind of Turkish maestro, Erdi Irmak, 2014's "We Won't Sleep Tonight" EP for Intemporal Music illustrated why the Istanbul resident has been so sought after through a swathe of original production material. As "The Hit" now receives its own release on Yin : Yang, a pair of new remixes from Argentina and Hungary make their own contribution.

From the western side of the bustling Buenos Aries metropolis, N'Pot is a producer with a successful 2016 under his belt. His music "characterised by a dark progressive style", the Argentinean has continued to make waves in the underground dance scene. Furthermore, music signed to Stellar Fountain, 238W and Balkan Connection, has seen support come from such celebrated quarters as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Lonya.

Reworking Erdi Irmak's techno inspired track, the N'Pot remix follows a more leisurely pace than the original with lilting percussive groove and subterranean bass pattern. Rich melodic phrases, white noise effects and vocal cut swirl across the stereo spectrum in delayed and reverb-drenched glory, reaching their zenith at breakdown end, before rhythm and bass combine once more in the latter stages to hypnotic effect.

Amaranto is part of the first release in the 'Spirits' compilation series launched by Crosstown founder Damian Lazarus, which he describes as 'a fresh psychedelic journey into the mind' aiming to bring together a collection of new artists from both Crosstown Rebels and its sister label Rebellion.

Premiere: Monkey Safari - Boulogne Billancourt (Musumeci Remix) [Hommage]

Musical craftsman Jonathan Kaspar shows no sign of slowing down with the release of his Panem EP . Taking us on a sonic ride, he delivers two slices of spellbinding electronica for fellow German André Hommen’s remarkable imprint These Eyes. Opening the EP, Panem sets the tone as it delivers a dark and alluring soundscape that draws you in deep with its hypnotic percussion. Apart is equally as mesmeric. A steady roller with gurgling keys that transport you to a magical darkened forest, perfect for the early morning hours. “I sent ‘Panem’ to my good friend André Hommen right after I finished the track and he immediately said that this is the record he was waiting for in regards to his label, These Eyes. During a long B2B set in the early hours, we realized that ‘Apart’ paired up nicely to complete the release. Two tracks, two eyes.”

Exclusive Solstice feat. Lea Luxanima 'Fall (Ivory Mantra Rework)'

Music is poetry in notes and Berlin based label Poesie Musik releases one of these musical pieces that is destined to leave a lasting impression on the dance floors. Parisian artist Solstice is responsible for the aforementioned release that simply goes by the name of 'Yelrih One' and includes aside from the original version of 'Fall' three remixes from Juan, Anton Dhouran and Italian wonderboy Ivory. The latter turns the original into an ultimate dance floor weapon by poetically working the haunting vocals into synth-sequences that keep grooving over a lush bass line and exhibit minimal changes throughout the track so that the final result is an on-going, rich in soundscapes and complex take representing the beauty of club music. 

Solstice's EP 'Yelrih One' will be released on Poesie Musik March 8th, 2019.

One might not expect that multi-talented artist Rey&Kjavik is originally from the Rhine-Main-area hence his chosen DJ- and producer-moniker and also because of his eclectic musical approach. But matter of fact Rey&Kjavik is one of the few artists that represents the once so blooming region in the middle of Germany, whilst ‘blooming’ is to be understood in regards to the current development in the electronic music scene and its subcultural life in the Rhine-Main-area.

During the years the Frankfurt producer and DJ became an indispensable part of the international house scene. On the one hand there is a never-ending series of powerful hits such as "Hwmym", "Face It" or "Baba City".
With their gripping basslines, these tracks immerse themselves completely into the fervor of the night. His stirring melodies and his vocals for the most part sung by himself develop a wide-ranging emotionality, ensuring the tracks are not just DJ food, but break into the brain and the heart of the listeners. On the other hand there is the unique stage presence of the Frankfurt producer and DJ, who, with all his decisiveness, always conveys a sense of his
crowd. Rey&Kjavik appeared in most of Europe's leading clubs and festivals, playing in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Turkey, Russia and Singapore. As a preliminary highlight of his
career, he appeared at the festival of festivals, at Burning Man, in 2015 and 2016. 

His debut album RKADASH came out on Katermukke and made quite some impact around the world.
In 2018 he released his second long-player, ‘Mountiri’, on his own label RKJVK, which depicts two topics the artist wants to emphasize: a holistic musical approach combined with cultural diversity.

Over the years he developed a signature sound that perfectly fits into the actual dance music zeitgeist of rave nomads chasing the hottest spots on planet earth to unite, dance and meditate.
We are happy to have Rey&Kjavik on mobilee for the first time with 2 tracks that perfectly work on both: Dancefloors

We welcome back Thyladomid with whom we released the album "Places". After almost 3 years he returns with his 6-track EP "Odyssey" featuring again otherworldly deep house music.
Also here Thyladomid connects hand played percussion with electronic sounds to go deep. Thyladomid who has been in the studio for most of the time has put together music for those who seek an emotional connection. And despite a certain playfulness in all of these tracks with the intensity coming in doses sometimes there is a short eruption or better escalation, as we can witness in the title track "Odyssey". But his EP really can best be described as „traveling“ music. Despite all the changes in the composition it keeps this late night privacy best describe with the track "Epos". There are tracks with an underlying urgency such as "Underpressure " and tracks that are mellow and very light like "Now Or Never". Some trax seem to live inside of a jar, others venture to leave it showing a steady pace like "Duringo" and are clubby in their own category.
So we feel the EP carries a lot of details that are not obvious and it changes the perspectives from track to track. With his "Places" album being in various Spotify playlist over months we can imagine this to happen also with his brand new EP.
