Ivan Nikusev also known as Kandar, is a Macedonian producer and label manager, who defines himself as а DJ of the old school sound of Progressive House music. Deep and strong bass lines, combined with melodic and techno elements, are something what you can hear in his sets. In 2011 he founded his own label OLD SQL Recordings, which got a huge support by many great producers and top DJs in the world, and since then it released more than 600 releases and has more than 900 different artists.

With his experience as a radio DJ since 2006, with radio shows and guest sets on many radio stations from all over the world, he also started sharing his energy and good music with the people on the dance floors. He has played in many clubs and festivals in his own country but also and abroad in different venues in Greece, Bulgaria, Bosnia, USA, Czech Republic, Turkey ..

His tracks have been played and supported internationally by so many major DJs, and also more than a hundred producers have made a remix on some of his tracks, or had any other collaboration with him, that proves his quality of music over the years.

Starting from 2008, he has a hundreds of releases on plenty of different labels, including some on Perfecto Records, JOOF Recordings, JOOF Aura, Enhanced Music [Armada], Green Martian, Bonzai Progressive, Mistique Music, Outta Limits, Balkan Connection, Contrast Records, Fatali Music, System Recordings, Droid9, Welcome Music etc.. and of course on his own label OLD SQL Recordings. From 2019 under his new alias Kandar, he started releasing music and for other labels such as Sudbeat Music, Controlled Substance, onedotsixtwo, Natura Viva, 3rd/Sound Avenue, Capital Haven, Freegrant Music, Another Life Music, BC2 Records, Bevel Rec, Electronic Tree, Forward Music, Revolt Music, Symmetric Records …

With his debut release on @steyoyoke, @oliverwintersuk offers up a storm in rhythmically complex; yet, intrinsically melodic techno. Capturing a sense of mystique in the afterhours, he injects excitement and curiosity into Call After Dark.

Introducing us with the title track, "Call After Dark", we enter a world of whirling sonic palettes. Finding ourselves lost in the sound we take refuge in the songs pulsating hypnotism. "Walls" presents rapturing force in its ability to liberate those on the dancefloor. Closing with a remix of "Walls" by Strinner, the original is stripped back to its fundamental elements. What we get is a fantastically raw take on what makes the original so incredible.

Marcus Meinhardt is next up on Dear Deer with two big techno rollers and a remix from Lunar Plane.

Lost Paradise is a spaced out techno cut with astral synths dancing on rubbery drums. It is melodic, prog, and epic in all the right ways. Lunar Plane remixes it into something more prickly and bouncy, with slick synth stabs and plenty of cosmic vibes getting you on your feet. Dickicht then closes out the EP in dark fashion with rumbling bass and icy hi hats, spine word mutterings and a sense of drama that leaves a lasting impact.

It’s 2019 and for this very special first release label head Rachel Raw decided to take maOers into her own hands. Un&lt;l now, her only appearance on her baby label was back in February 2019. It was the second EP, "Der Zauber der Magie“ by Nico Pusch, which was more than successful. Back then, Rachel contributed a remix.

But now it’s time to get to know her original masterclass. „Mumble Crumble“ is a bumpy deep tech track with a lot of soul and energy. It’s hard to decide if it’s utterly euphoric or dark. Somehow, it’s a track for every mood.

That is the reason why many different producers wanted to remix this fantastic piece of art in many different ways. Let’s start with Rafael Cerato, a man who doesn’t need any introduction. In early 2019 he released on Jaw Dropping’s sister label Jannowitz Records. Now he’s back. His remix it's the melodic power house music that you would expect from someone who has been a regular on labels like Suara, Get Physical or Stil vor Talent.

Next up is refused label boss Justin James. The Canadian takes us up to space with his hypnotic "Deep Space Take Remix“. His version is faster and feels almost like meditation. It’s a track to get lost into.
Contemporary melodic techno is served by Stefan Biniak – another one from our all-&lt;me favorite producers. Stefan’s remix spirals you into another dimension with it’s beautiful synthesizer sounds.

Swiss based producer Vanita also focused on the melodic parts of "Mumble Crumble“ but highlighting more the already included theme in Rachel’s original rather than playing with new melodies. She’s the perfect girl power addition to this very first Rachel Raw EP on Jaw Dropping Records."

Like the classic dance move, Moonwalk glide backwards while moving forward to present Alba', released on Stil vor Talent. No strangers to the world of late-night musical liaisons, this 3-track EP is a lil something for dancefloor professionals. Coming in hot, this is a late night blazer. 
Amidst cyclic clicks, the Phoenix rises from the ashes to set the dancefloor ablaze with a regenerative reincarnation of classic tech house. Traversing the darkest of sounds, this intricate track is balanced with flickering, glitchy glimmers. Alba heralds the dawn with its pitch perfect rise, turning the breakdown into a breakthrough. Throw some flames on the fire with Salem. From glowing embers to a raging inferno, this track leaves you gasping for air with its pulsating yet melodic riffs. This heavy hitting 3-track EP brings the heat: a must-listen for those with a penchant for dancing their way through the longest hours on the dancefloor.

Next up on Einmusika comes spanish producer Aaryon. "Tensions" is a dark melodic techno tune with vocals by Müge. "Sexless" with his new live project Occipital has a catchy synth hook and a melancholic vibe. "Polyana" is straight forward and groovy with a playful leadsound.

'8Kays returns to Booka Shade’s Blaufield Music imprint to deliver her second EP on the label, ‘Rolling’.

Kiev-based DJ and producer Iryna Shvydka, aka 8Kays, has emerged to become a key rising name of note over the past two years, with releases via the likes of Sincopat, Disco Halal, Eleatics and her own 8Music imprint, whilst also featuring as a regular member of the Blaufield Music family. Having recently returned to the label to remix label founders Booka Shade and Eli & Fur’s ‘To The Sea’, and following on from her stand out releases on the label in 2019 which gained support from the likes of Joris Voorn, Above & Beyond and more, mid-July welcomes the arrival of her latest EP ‘Rolling’, featuring close friend and regular collaborator Diana Miro.

Title cut ‘Rolling’ opens the package and introduces scintillating leads atop of blossoming bass patterns and refined percussion shots, whilst ‘Berlin’, named following 8Kays’ appearance at the Blaufield label night in the city, welcomes darker, more menacing approach which is soon contrasted by escalating synths and bright tones. To close, ‘Waiting In The Dark’ combines warped electronics, resonant keys and sweeping strings throughout, whilst Diana Miro’s emotive and hypnotic vocals add take the production to new heights.'
